HERE IN TWIN FALLS WE HAVE THE ONLY BRIDGE IN THE U.S.A. THAT IT IS STILL LEGAL TO B.A.S.E JUMP FROM. ON MY WAY HOME TONIGHT THEY HAD JUMPERS ON THE BRIDGE SO I DECIDED TO STOP AND TAKE A COUPLE OF PICTURES FOR YOU ALL. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY CRAZY. A FEW YEARS AGO A FRIEND OF MINE AND I WERE ON THE RIVER WATCHING SOME BASE JUMPERS AND WE WATCHED ONE GUY JUMP AND HIS CHUTE NEVER OPEN. THE GUY WAS 23 YEARS OLD AND THE SAD THING WAS HIS MOTHER WAS ON THE BRIDGE WATCHING HIM.

I have never heard of this i dont think the young folk do it over here. (but im not sure)..it is dangerous and horrible..cant understand why they do it..how awful for that poor guys Mom to see.
I don't think I will be jumping this year or the next 50 years! Are they all nuts! I have watched them and it makes me ill! Someone needs to tell their mothers!!!
We have stopped to watch them often at the bridge. I cover my face everytime they jump, I cant watch, then I ask whoever I am with if the chute opened. Its so scary!! I would never do anything that stupid!
